Media Representatives
Accreditation Application Process and Requirements

1. All media personnel must apply for accreditation to attend the Antigua and Barbuda Romantic Rhythms Music Festival. All media personnel must submit proof that they represent a bone fide media organization as follows.

2. Letter of assignment on official letterhead of the media organization
For independents, a list of the publications / broadcast organizations that have printed/ aired your work and a letter from at least one organization that intends to publish / air your work from the festival.

4. Notice of approved applications will be sent via email.
5. When picking up media press pass, a valid picture ID, proof of media affiliation, if applicable, and the letter of assignment, must be presented.
6. If applying electronically, where there are check boxes, bold and underline your response.
7. This form MUST be returned by May 31, 2008.
The organizers of the Antigua and Barbuda Romantic Rhythms Music Festival must be satisfied that the individuals applying for accreditation are bone fide media professionals and represent bone fide media organizations. Accreditation will be given on proof of a track record of reporting for media organizations.
Applications will be considered on a case by case basis and the decisions of the Organizing committee are final. The organizers reserve the right to deny or withdraw accreditation of journalists who abuse the privileges so extended or put the accreditation to improper use or act in a way not consistent with established journalism ethics and standards.
